1. Reference prices
A crossed-out or “reference/comparable” price on ESNOVI is intended to represent a recent external market comparison for the same product or a sufficiently comparable product, based on the evidence available to ESNOVI’s pricing system. It is not necessarily a former ESNOVI selling price.
2. Verify price links
When available, “Verify price” opens an independent external website so you can inspect the comparison yourself. The external merchant can change its price, coupon, membership requirement, shipping, seller, stock status, or product page at any time. The price you see after leaving ESNOVI may therefore differ from the last verified price stored by ESNOVI.
3. Product matching
ESNOVI uses product data and automated matching to determine whether products are identical or sufficiently comparable. For branded/model-specific claims, we aim to compare the same model. Where an exact identity cannot be established, the comparison should be labeled or treated as a comparable-market reference rather than a claim that the products are identical.
4. Savings
“You save” is calculated from the ESNOVI price and the displayed reference price at the time that reference was stored. It is not a promise that ESNOVI is the lowest price everywhere or that every customer will save the same amount after taxes, shipping, memberships, coupons, or other merchant-specific conditions.
5. Third-party trademarks and websites
Amazon, Best Buy, Alibaba, TikTok, PayPal, Stripe, Apple, Google, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References or external links do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless ESNOVI expressly states otherwise.
6. External purchases
If you choose to leave ESNOVI and buy directly from an external merchant, that purchase is between you and that merchant and is governed by its policies. ESNOVI’s customer policies apply to purchases actually completed through ESNOVI.
7. Product suitability
Recommendations, rankings, reviews, descriptions, and automated suggestions are shopping aids, not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, engineering, or other expert advice. Read manufacturer warnings, compatibility requirements, age restrictions, installation instructions, and safety information before using a product.
