What ESNOVI knows — and why.

Who operates ESNOVI

ESNOVI is owned and operated by Nova Prime LLC. References to “ESNOVI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in this Privacy Policy refer to Nova Prime LLC when operating the ESNOVI store and services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ESNOVI, we may collect: account information such as name and email; shipping and billing details; order and refund history; product searches, views, carts, saved favorites, “Find it for me” requests and purchases; device/browser and security information; support communications; and payment status or transaction identifiers received from payment providers.

2. Payment information

Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal process payment credentials. ESNOVI is designed not to store full card numbers, card security codes, or your PayPal password. We may receive limited payment metadata such as provider, transaction/session ID, payment status, amount, currency, and sometimes card brand/last four digits where the provider makes that available.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; process and fulfill orders; calculate shipping; provide tracking and receipts; handle returns; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; maintain and improve the website; comply with legal obligations; and, when enabled, personalize product recommendations.

4. Personalized shopping

For signed-in users, ESNOVI may use recent searches, product views, cart activity, saved favorites, “Find it for me” requests, and purchases to rank products that may be more relevant. Purchases generally carry more weight than a single search. You can disable personalized picks and clear personalization history from your account when that feature is available.

4A. Favorites and sharing

When you are signed in, products you save as favorites are associated with your ESNOVI account so you can find them later. If you choose Share on a product, ESNOVI uses your browser or device sharing tools when available; you decide which person or app receives the product link.

4B. ESNOVI AI Assistant

If you use the ESNOVI Assistant, we process the messages you send so the assistant can help with product search, orders, shipping, returns, refunds and support. When the connected AI mode is enabled, ESNOVI may send the message and a minimized shopping context to an AI service provider to generate a grounded response. We do not intentionally send payment-card credentials, passwords, API keys, full delivery addresses, or supplier/payment secrets to the AI model. Commerce actions such as charging a payment method or issuing a refund remain controlled by ESNOVI backend rules and are not delegated directly to the model.

5. When we share information

We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers involved in the transaction, such as payment processors, fraud/security providers, hosting providers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics/service providers, and professional advisers. A supplier or carrier may need your name, address, phone/email where required for delivery, and the items ordered.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable law.

6. What we do not do

ESNOVI does not need to sell your personal information to operate the shopping model described in this service. If business practices change in a way that triggers additional privacy rights or notices, this policy and the product controls must be updated before that practice begins.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Different data types may have different retention periods.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No Internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should use unique passwords and protect account access.

9. Your choices and rights

You can update account information, turn personalization off, and clear personalization history through available account controls. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about certain uses of your data. ESNOVI will provide the request mechanism required before serving jurisdictions where those laws apply.

10. Children

ESNOVI is a general-audience shopping service and is not intended for children to create their own purchasing accounts. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Cookies and local storage

ESNOVI may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for login sessions, carts, preferences, security, and site functionality. Any non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking technologies should be separately disclosed and controlled before they are enabled.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as ESNOVI changes. For privacy questions or requests, use the ESNOVI Contact page and choose “Privacy request.” Requests are routed to Nova Prime LLC for review. A current mailing address can be requested through that channel when needed.
