ESNOVI is owned and operated by Nova Prime LLC.
1. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated from the product, supplier, destination, service level, and other available logistics data. The amount shown before final payment is the amount you approve for that order, subject to correction before payment if a material data error is detected.
2. Delivery estimates
Product pages may show estimated delivery ranges. These are estimates based on available supplier and carrier information, not a guarantee unless ESNOVI expressly labels a delivery date as guaranteed.
3. Fulfillment partners
Products may ship from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, or warehouses. Different items in one order may arrive in separate packages or on different days. Packaging may show the manufacturer, warehouse, logistics provider, or supplier name.
4. Shipping delays
ESNOVI will maintain a reasonable basis for the shipment timeframe it advertises. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe — or within the legally applicable period when no timeframe was given — we will provide the delay notice, cancellation choice, and refund required by applicable law.
5. Address accuracy
Check the address before paying. Contact support immediately if you notice an error. Once a supplier or carrier has accepted the order, an address change may not be possible. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where allowed by law.
6. Tracking
Tracking appears after the supplier/carrier issues a tracking number. Tracking events can take time to begin showing movement. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area and contact ESNOVI promptly so we can review available carrier information.
7. Lost, refused and returned packages
If a carrier confirms a package is lost, ESNOVI will work with the supplier/carrier and provide the remedy required for the order. If a customer refuses delivery or a package is returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address, additional shipping or return costs may be deducted where legally permitted and disclosed.
