The rules of the store.

1. ESNOVI and these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the ESNOVI website, account features, product search tools, personalized recommendations, checkout, and purchases. ESNOVI is owned and operated by Nova Prime LLC. “ESNOVI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nova Prime LLC when it operates the ESNOVI store. Additional policies linked from these Terms, including the Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Price Verification Disclaimer, are incorporated into these Terms.

2. Who may use the store

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or place an order on your own. A parent or legal guardian may make purchases for a minor.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law. ESNOVI may suspend an account used for fraud, payment abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to manipulate pricing, or interference with the service.

4. Product information

We try to show accurate titles, images, specifications, compatibility, availability, delivery estimates, and prices. Product data may originate from manufacturers, distributors, fulfillment partners, marketplaces, or automated systems. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, production run, or supplier.

If a material listing error is discovered before fulfillment, ESNOVI may contact you, correct the error, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item.

5. Orders are subject to acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your request; it does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for inventory errors, supplier unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid, unshipped order, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices can change until you place the order. Your final checkout total may include product price, shipping, taxes and other charges disclosed before you approve payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal; ESNOVI is designed not to store full card numbers or card security codes.

7. Third-party sourcing and fulfillment

ESNOVI may source or fulfill products through third-party manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, marketplaces, and logistics partners. Your package may therefore originate from a third-party warehouse or include manufacturer/supplier identifiers. ESNOVI remains responsible for the customer-facing obligations it cannot lawfully transfer to a supplier.

8. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will use a reasonable basis for shipment representations. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally applicable timeframe, ESNOVI will provide the choices and refunds required by applicable law. See the Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. ESNOVI coordinates approved returns with the fulfillment supplier that actually supplied the item; an external store used only for price verification is not the return destination. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Nothing in that policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Personalized recommendations, automation and AI assistance

ESNOVI may use automated systems to rank products, estimate demand, compare prices, suggest products, select candidate suppliers, and recommend products based on activity such as searches, views, carts, and purchases. The ESNOVI Assistant may also use an AI model to explain products, orders, shipping and return workflows using ESNOVI-provided context. Automated or AI-generated recommendations and explanations are not guarantees that a product will suit every person or use case, and the assistant cannot bypass checkout, refund, safety, supplier or owner-approval controls.

11. External links

“Verify price” and other links may send you to independent third-party websites. Those sites are responsible for their own content, pricing, security, terms, and privacy practices. Visiting an external site does not make that site part of ESNOVI. See the Disclaimer.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use ESNOVI to break the law, scrape or overload the service, bypass security, interfere with other users, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotional offers, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

13. Intellectual property

ESNOVI’s own branding, software, page design, text, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, product images, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted.

14. Service availability

We work to keep ESNOVI available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, pause, secure, or change features when necessary.

15. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESNOVI is provided on an “as available” basis and we disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be made about third-party networks, marketplaces, suppliers, or external websites. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESNOVI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as the store changes or law requires. The current version and update date will be posted here. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already earned in a completed purchase.

ESNOVI is owned and operated by Nova Prime LLC. For order, support, or legal questions, use the ESNOVI Contact page. Legal notices sent through that channel are routed to Nova Prime LLC for review. A current mailing address can be requested through the same channel when a physical mailing destination is required.
